PrinTrax programs may include OEM equivalent toners and parts, professional on-site service, on-going fleet optimization
consulting, asset management services, consolidated billing all with a single point of contact for easy administration.
Flexible contract terms can range from single to multi-year agreements and can be structured for new or existing equipment.
Some of our most common programs include Toner with Service, Cost per Print and Technology Refresh plans.

Our TWS program provides OEM equivalent toners on a per cartridge basis and includes FREE professional on-site
service for all printers under contract. Similar to how you may purchase toner today, just buy toner as you need it,
but with the advantage of FREE service any time you need a repair. Repair parts can be included or billed separately.

Our CPP program is a usage based program, similar to a typical copier service agreement, where all toner,
parts and service are included in a fixed cost per print. Have better control over your expenses and migrate
those capital toner purchases into an operational expense as we conveniently provide monthly usage reports and
billing statements.

Our Tech Refresh program is billed as a Cost per Print but includes replacing a percentage of the existing output
fleet each year with new equipment. Use this program to update aging fleets, to phase out undesirable equipment,
or implement equipment standardization over time. By the end of the contract term the entire fleet will have been
refreshed with the technology you desire.

Our unique Trax On-site software can be deployed at a customer site to monitor printers and MFP devices real-time.
Our non-intrusive software can provide usage data, machine status, service warnings, error codes, and low toner indicators
automating service or supply requests. Trax On-site can alleviate printer and supply related calls and streamline your
Help Desk. Or bundle our Trax software with our Print Help Line and let our Help Desk handle the calls for you.

Our Print Help Line can effectively eliminate printer related service and supply calls from your help desk.
In conjunction with our Trax On-site software printer related calls can be automatically routed to our Help Desk
where our Factory Certified Technicians will troubleshoot and diagnose the call and dispatch one of our Technicians
to repair the problem on-site if required.
